Gulf Shores 2013 (Phone Pics)

We had so much fun in Gulf Shores this year. Bryson has been wanting to go to the beach for months, but since we bought a new car this year, we didn't think we would be able to go. Thankfully, we found the extra money and headed down on a Thursday for Father's Day weekend. The weather was perfect the whole time! Usually this time of year in Alabama is super hot, but so far this year it hasn't been. We were able to spend plenty of time at the beach and the pool without getting overheated. Of course we took a ton of pictures and there are too many for just one post so this post is just the phone pictures I took. I love that I finally have a phone that will take good pictures because it's so much easier to pull the phone out to take a picture than the big camera. Here's a sneak peak at our wonderful beach vacation!

All packed up and ready to go!

 Our view for the weekend.

He was ready to make a sandcastle.

 Making sandcastles with daddy.

 He worked really hard!

Trying to find the perfect spot for it.

Their completed sandcastle with Bryson's turtle.

 He is fearless!

So excited to go in the ocean with daddy.

 He was so happy.

 The water was chilly.

 Relaxing.

 Fun at Lulu's before dinner.

He was being a little toy hog! It was hilarious!

Our little monkey hugging the tree.

We promised him ice cream after dinner. He didn't make it out of the parking lot before passing out.

 Photo booth fun at Lulu's!

 Last day on the beach.

 He loves the ocean.

This time we were smart enough to pack the wagon.

 Working on another sandcastle.

He had so much fun digging in the sand.

 There were so many seashells!

He fell asleep on the beach while Robert was getting lunch.

I got fried! Thank God it was our last day.

No vacation to Gulf Shores is complete without a trip to scoops!

He loved the fried pickles at The Hangout.

 Ready to play after dinner.

He kept dancing while we were trying to take his picture.

 Fun at The Hangout!

 He loved the big chair.

 and the giant treasure box.

He loved playing on the top bunk of his bed.

 Bye Bye Beach!

Ready to head out shopping on our way home.

He wanted a black and white picture.

He was saying "bye bye beach. See ya next time!"

Beautiful mansion on the beach. Maybe one day.

Dinner at Lambert's before heading home. We ordered him a grilled cheese. I gave him my tomato and he put it on his sandwich. So smart!

 All the seashells we collected.

 These were our favorites.

Bryson loved picking up all the sand dollar pieces. Maybe one day we will find a whole sand dollar.
