Bryson's 5th Birthday Party

Bryson loves Star Wars, especially Lego Star Wars. So this year he wanted a Lego Star Wars birthday party. I always struggle with where to have his party at because in my opinion, party places charge way too much money. I was trying to avoid a park party since we did one last year, but we couldn't find anywhere else reasonably priced. We chose to do it at Veteran's Park in Alabaster. It was a bigger pavilion with a playground right next to it. One of my former co-workers husband has his own Lego party business. He brings all of his Lego's and has the kids play games and build mini figures. That was the perfect thing for Bryson to have at his party and it made the party so much easier. I was actually able to socialize with the adults instead of keeping the kids entertained. This was by far the easiest birthday party I have ever thrown. Bryson had a blast! As always, Amy made his cake. This year Lisa bought the balloons. She got him this awesome Darth Vader balloon but she also found a life size R2-D2 balloon that he loved! I love looking on Pinterest for party ideas and it was filled with a ton of awesome ideas that made putting his party together a piece of cake.
